Shengyun Sent Out Free Sample Before Delivery of Mould

We will provide 1set free sample for customer to inspection and assmebly once the mould is completed. This is the plastic machine housing project ,we completed this project in a very short time (20days )to catch up with Australian customer`s exhibition . Generally, the mould delivery time needs around 30-35working days because the casting aluminum rotomolding mould has many processes. Of course ,we will send the rotomolding cast aluminum mould process making time table to our customers once we received the approval of all drawings. The time table includes every process step and the needed time. Such as making foam model -casting aluminum model-CNC machining-assemble the molds together- making steel srtucture frame - surface treatment -mould inspection-sample test. 

Today we sent the samples by DHL to our customer for inspection . Once we received the approval of sample from our customer, we will arrange to ship the moulds or make the mass production according the approved sample.
