Most of our casting mould are CNC two sides machined. So the mould quality is almost the same as the CNC block aluminum moulds,but the cost is much lower . The moulds will get enough heating in the oven and it will help the shape of product formed better. Of course ,the lead time of the mould is as same as the others(one side CNC machined) even if we CNC machined two sides.
